Healthy, silky hair is something we all desire. Dry, damaged hair tends to be churlish and sometimes curly. Dry hair appears dull, feels dry, tangles easily and is tough to comb or brush, particularly when it is wet. It is generally quite thick at the roots but thinner and sometimes split at the ends. Dry hair is usually caused by too much time in the sun, chlorine, salt water, over-shampooing, heat styling, or avoid.
